Robert Lyons MD is dual board-certified in both Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports  Surgery. In addition to completing an Orthopaedic Surgery residency at Temple University Hospital, he completed a one-year Shoulder & Elbow fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital/Rothman Institute and a one-year Upper Extremity reconstruction fellowship at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island.

He specializes in the care of complex problems of the Shoulder, Elbow and Upper Extremity including total joint replacement, arthroscopic/sports surgery and fracture care. He also provides general orthopedic trauma care involving all of the extremities when On Call at Chambersburg Hospital.
